Returns & Refunds

Return period

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and tags where applicable.

Reporting product defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before wearing, washing, or altering the item in any way.

To process the request, we may ask for clear photos or other proof of the defect so our team can evaluate the issue. This helps us resolve the situation faster and determine the appropriate solution.

Items that have been worn, washed, or modified before the defect is reported may not qualify for a return based on manufacturing defects.

Return shipping

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Lorn.

Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return once the request has been reviewed.

Inspection process

Once the returned product arrives at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection to verify the reported issue.

If the inspection confirms that the product presents a factory defect, we will proceed with the next step of the return process.

Refunds or store credit

After the inspection confirms the defect, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit that can be used for a future purchase.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This may include items such as underwear or other intimate apparel, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
